Through practical work on the spot, input from research and experience we made in our local and global projects, cooperation, cooperative methods and networking have become increasingly important to us.
In a networking global society the creation and successful implementation of common projects depends crucially on the cooperative ability of people and organizations. We would like to contribute to this so that there is an increase in the cooperative ability of agents in organizations and networks and therefore we intend to study cooperation in three aspects:
- Attitude: „Do agents have the appropriate attitude to be able to cooperate?“
- Methods: „Which methods exist in order to be able to cooperate and which suit which situations?“
- Structure and process: „Are external conditions appropriate in order to be able to cooperate and what can be done to create them ?“
We ourselves keep on learning about cooperation, spread our knowledge and accompany groups who have already decided for the cooperative way.
